Voicemail in wave problem

Now that I have premium and can actually download voicemails, or so I thought, I now get this strange error message. First, it gets stuck on getting file info for about 30 seconds. Then it comes up with this:

I really hope this doesn't allow someone else to downlaod this message. Anyway I forgot to mention that I"m using high speed rogers 8.0.800 cable internet.

Try right clicking and picking "save as."

Are you using the secure site or the unsecure site? Due to the nature of IE, you can't download VM from the secure site.

That coulde that could be the problem. I can't remember which one I was using, but I'll thry the non secure one at home. Is there any way to download fro from the secure site?
